Fully renovated in 2021-23, Room 1 is spacious with hardwoods in the main room and heated slate floors in the bathroom. The main room has a king size bed (w/ high-quality linens), a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave), a sitting area, and a dining set. 

The deck on the north side of the room offers a partial Coast Range view from private rockers, or, you can enjoy one of several shared outdoor spaces. Can be combined with Room 2 to sleep up to 5 guests.
